Return Policy
At AABHIRA JEWELS, we offer a 15-day return window. You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return.
Return Eligibility:
How to Start a Return: To begin the return process, simply contact us at pritibala.mathur@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make things right.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, return your original purchase and, once accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
Resolution: Once you report the issue, our team will work with you to resolve it promptly. Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide a replacement. Verification of the damage or defect will be required. This process will done within 7 days.
Replacement: Once we receive damaged product we will process and deliver the replacement or exchange product within 6 to 7 days
Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
